The IFA has the ethical Principle of Fairness that mentions conflicts of interest, Code Standard 5 outlines your professional obligations - but is sticking to the\\\"letter of the law\\\" enough to meet client concerns?

Advisers often have to manage their clients \\\"perceptions of a conflict\\\" as well as actual conflicts of interest. Both handled badly can have serious effects on your reputation and business.

Jane takes us though best practice in this area, with helpful tools and tips from the IBE that will assist your client interactions, answer client questions to help build client confidence.

The aim of the webinar is to help you give your customers assurance that your are acting ethically and in their interests, and give you and your business some tools to build a reputation for taking conflicts of interest seriously.
